Your main focus as Member Success Team Lead is to ensure our members are winning with our program and to improve member retention.
We averaged a 4% monthly churn last year and are focused on getting that down to 3% or less. That's approximately 14 members and $21,000 in monthly recurring revenue we're losing every month.
