We serve 350+ active members and generate $6M annually, with a clear path to $10M+ over the next 36 months. Our clients range from startup agencies to multi-million dollar operators β we help them scale with systems, structure, and proven frameworks.
We generate hundreds of leads per month across organic, paid, and community channels. We currently invest ~$25K/month in paid media and bring on ~15 new members per month, with a blended CAC of ~$6K.
This is not a coordination role.
This is a growth ownership role.
You are stepping into a business with proven product-market fit, strong brand authority, existing traffic and lead flow, a capable team and contractor network, and founders actively creating content and driving visibility.
The ceiling is not whether this works.

You step in as Marketing Director at Seven Figure Agency. Here's what you inherit:
We are currently adding ~15 new members per month.
The goal is to increase volume while reducing cost to acquire a client.

What do you focus on first?
We want to understand how you think, not just what you do. Specifically:
If selected, you will take full ownership of:
Across all 4 program levels β Titan Mastermind, Elite, Accelerate, and Launchpad. Each requires distinct positioning, messaging, and funnel strategy.
Paid media (Meta, Google, retargeting), email marketing, organic social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and community-driven growth.
Lead β booked call conversion, booked call β close rate (with sales), offer positioning, landing pages, follow-up systems, and ascension from Launchpad into higher tiers.
Lead internal marketing team, manage and direct contractors, and ensure execution aligns with strategy and performance targets.
