The Role

The COO / Integrator is the operational backbone of Seven Figure Agency — translating vision into execution, aligning every team around shared targets, and driving the company from $6M to $10M with a minimum 25% net margin while delivering a world-class member experience.

Strategic direction, financial guardrails, positioning, and expansion initiatives.
COO Ensures
Disciplined execution inside those boundaries. Operational friction does not flow upward unless thresholds are crossed.

Integrate & Align
Primary Mandate
Ensure the entire leadership team is aligned to the same quarterly priorities with zero cross-functional gaps.
Responsibilities
  • Translate Visionary direction into clear quarterly execution plans
  • Align Marketing, Sales, Member Success, Coaching, and Finance around shared targets
  • Run the weekly leadership meeting cadence and quarterly planning rhythm
  • Surface and resolve cross-department friction immediately
  • Enforce clarity on ownership, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Protect focus by preventing initiative overload
Executive Dashboard Ownership
The COO owns the company scoreboard.
  • Maintain a unified executive dashboard across all core functions
  • Define KPI standards and ensure consistent reporting definitions
  • Eliminate conflicting numbers between departments
  • Provide real-time visibility into revenue, margin, retention, pipeline, and capacity
  • Drive data-based decision making at the leadership level

If the numbers are unclear, the COO fixes the system. If the numbers conflict, the COO resolves the truth. No decisions are made off fragmented data.

Own the Numbers
Primary Mandate
Ensure predictable performance toward $10M revenue and 25%+ net margin minimum.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a 90-day rolling revenue forecast
  • Forecast pipeline velocity and retention trends
  • Monitor margin performance and enforce financial guardrails
  • Protect 97%+ blended retention
  • Review monthly P&L and proactively correct variance
  • Ensure departmental KPIs ladder directly to company-level targets
  • Identify early warning signals in revenue, cost structure, or delivery capacity

There are no surprise shortfalls. If performance slips, it was visible in advance.

Build the Machine
Primary Mandate
Engineer a scalable infrastructure that supports growth without margin erosion or experience degradation.
Responsibilities
  • Document and optimize core operational systems
  • Eliminate bottlenecks across departments
  • Architect capacity planning tied to revenue pacing
  • Align hiring plans with margin targets
  • Monitor revenue per employee and fulfillment efficiency
  • Reduce operational risk, vendor dependency, and key-person exposure
  • Improve at least one meaningful process per quarter
Organizational Health & Energy
Scaling is operational and human. The COO protects leadership cohesion and sustainable performance.
  • Maintain alignment and trust across the leadership team
  • Resolve conflict directly and quickly
  • Monitor workload capacity to prevent burnout
  • Protect quarterly focus from distraction
  • Uphold high standards without creating unnecessary internal pressure
